Mindful Dance Lab
Mindful Dance Lab is a movement and mindfulness class that blends creative dance improvisation with meditation and mindful dialogue. Sessions support you to move creatively in a playful and non-prescriptive way, alongside stillness and inquiry about your experiences.
Mindfulness will be integrated creating awareness in movement and stillness, individually and as a group. This class is suitable for all levels of experience in dance and mindfulness including regular dancers and meditators and complete beginners.
Please wear comfortable clothing and barefoot or socks are recommended. Mats are provided, please bring a cushion to sit on.
